Each level upgrade depends on the number of points you earned or the number of nights you stayed in the fiscal year (April 1 ~ March 31). （※6）

About level upgrades
If your earned points or number of nights stayed meets the upgrade criteria at any time during the relevant period (April 1 to March 31), your level will be upgraded from the 7th of the following month.
Your membership level can upgrade more than 2 stages at once
If you meet the upgrade criteria at any time before the end of the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31), your level will be upgraded from the 7th of the following month.
About level downgrades
If both the number of points and the number of nights stayed during the year (April 1 to March 31) do not meet the original stage criteria:
Your level will downgrade in the following year (April 7).
Each downgrade lowers your level by one stage.
About points and the number of nights awarded
1.Points and the number of nights for the duration of your stay are awarded the day after your check-out date.
2.Points and the number of nights are not awarded each month when your stay extends over more than one month.
3.For details on points you have, please refer to the point history on My Page or the point statement on the smartphone app. *The date indicated is the date of points were awarded.
4.Points will expire at the end of the month two years after the grant date. *The expiration date may be different for limited time points awarded in some promotional campaigns.
5.The number of nights stayed will be cumulative for the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31) and will not be carried over to the following year.
